Cancellations or modifications are not allowed after order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Orders

We do accept replacement requests under the following conditions:

Product received is:

• Damaged 
• Defective 
• Incorrect item delivered 

To be eligible:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery 
• Provide clear photos / unboxing video as proof 
• Product must be unused and in original packaging 

Once approved, we will offer:

• Replacement, OR 
• Store credit (at our discretion) 

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable in most cases due to product nature 
• In rare approved cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days 

Trial & Sample Products

We encourage customers to try our sample/trial sizes before purchasing full-size products to ensure suitability.
