If the answering machine picks up during business hours, we are probably making soap... so please call again!

If you have placed a pick-up order you will be contacted when it is available. 

 Orders may take 5-7 days just to leave our shop. We are doing everything we safely can to get back to shorter turnaround times. We ship our most orders via DTDC.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.

Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

First Class Mail takes approximately 4 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer our soaps, shampoo bars, and many other products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

We do have promotion codes. We also hold specials and sales regularly throughout the year. 

Our products are never tested on animals. 

Our soaps contain no animal fats; we use a vegan base of natural plant oils and butters.

No! Harshams Botanicals does not use any raw materials that contains GMOs

We do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes, so our delicate natural products packaged in glass jars and metal tins are sensitive to temperature changes. 

While shipping during warm weather seasons presents a real challenge to our natural skin care company, we accept the challenge in order to maintain our standard of natural and nourishing skin care. We hope you agree. 

During warm weather, products may soften or even melt as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes, or on front porches.

The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.

On sunny or warm days, BEFORE opening the jars or tins, place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden, just in case they have melted in transit. If you open items, especially those in tins, to check if melting has occurred, they may spill and make a mess!

We often receive emails and phone calls from customers with chronic irritated or inflamed skin problems. 

We have learned that for some people simply switching to a natural product may help.

We believe that natural ingredients are milder, healthier and gentler on the skin. I often say that it’s what's NOT in our products, that is often the most helpful. 

While we cannot promise that our products will help heal your inflamed or irritated skin conditions, we have received a lot of feedback from customers telling us that our products have helped soothe irritated skin problems. 

Pure essential oils, herbs, and other natural ingredients have been used for centuries. Their folklore and uses have been passed down through generations. 

Please note that our products are NOT drugs or medicines meant to treat or cure illness, which would require FDA testing and approval. Our products are intended to help soothe irritated skin.

If you have sensitive skin issues, always try an allergy patch test before using a new product.
